Kenya Carnival
2008 Results
We had a beautiful, sunny day for the Kenya Carnival on September 6, 2008 and it was a huge success! We met our goals to empower kids to be leaders, bring the community together, and raise money and awareness of orphans and vulnerable children in rural Kenya. With the help of numerous organizations and over 200 volunteers, we raised over $8,000! This money will be used to send 25 enthusiastic students to their first year of high school. We are looking forward to doing the carnival again next year so that we can continue to send these kids all the way through high school. Thanks for your support and we hope you join us as we continue to bring hope and help to the kids in Kenya.
