Thank you to all who attended or participated in Movie Night which kicked off the Kenya Carnival Project. Our night began with a youth pizza party followed by a presentation by our Kenya Carnival youth leaders and Joseph Okuya, Project Director for the “Umoja Project” in Kenya. Joseph shared stories of the people we will be helping in rural Kenya as a result of the carnival. Many kids were touched by his stories and signed up to sponsor carnival games. The night was topped off with, “The Ultimate Gift”, which was an inspiring movie enjoyed by all!
